Rejected overtime payments remain as booked or planned in the employee overview

We rejected two applications for overtime compensation from an MA. However, these are listed as “planned” under Employees > Times under the AZ account and are also listed in the table under Employees > Absences in the table.
In this case, a critical matter as it is a retiring MA.
Note: I posted this to feature requests by mistake.

No longer appear in the “Employee->Times” views and in the MA's AZ account.

Florian Scholl Is it okay if we keep showing the rejected absences but include an icon?

Benedikt Voigt So I still find it confusing. That would be okay if only an intermediate instance (project manager) had rejected, for example, but if the management/last instance had rejected, it would have to be automatically deleted. So it stays there until someone deletes it (double work).
Benedikt Voigt
Florian Scholl: ok, we hadn't even dared to do that before
But is that the best way.
Arne Semmler: Can you confirm this again?
If the second instance rejects, do we delete the entry?
Arne Semmler
Benedikt Voigt That would then affect all types of absences that require approval, right? So vacation too? This is how it is currently displayed in the calendar - as far as I know, no one has bothered with it so far. However, it is then no longer displayed in other views (e.g. AZ account, AZ posting area), in the absence list with the status “rejected” - I would expect the same for overtime compensation. This has the special feature that it is also displayed in the AZ account.

PS: However, a rejected vacation is just as falsely presented under Employee->Times. I would be in favour of it simply being hidden there (as in the AZ account) and only retained in the previous presentation (crossed off) in the calendar view shown above (in the office and personal area).

Arne Semmler For me personally, it is important that the figures fit at first glance (in lists and overviews) without having to look closely and do the math here again. Because that could definitely be expensive sometimes. I think the calendar view is a good thing. (How are the rejected days displayed in the “Calendar with Colleagues”?)
Arne Semmler
Florian Scholl The “Calendar with Colleagues” display in the personal area is the same as in the office area, except that, depending on the settings, much information is not visible/greyed out (e.g. what type of absence it is, internal comments, etc.):
