When billing by hour, we had an error that the service is calculated using a different billing rate than that defined in the project. Unfortunately, we cannot explain the reason why this is the case.

Roll overs cover buttons and don't disappear again

For example, when I use the placeholder “%TREATY-NAME%” in an invoice sheet, the project name is actually used, not the contract name. The same happens when you use %TREATY_DESCRIPTION%. Assignment to database incorrect?

i.e. when I am on the weekly list https://my.projo.berlin/app/weeks/index?date=2025-05-09&user_id=5005 My working hours, including comments, appear briefly but disappear when turning the page, i.e. are deleted.

Under the “Project Controlling” tab, the “Sales by Invoice Status” curve does not show the amount invoiced (regardless of payment status), but a smaller amount. An unspecified amount will be deducted (may have cancelled/corrected invoices been deducted? /or may have been Costs offset against turnover?). On the other hand, the “Sales by Payment Status” curve shows the amounts invoiced - even if the invoice has not yet been paid at all. In fact, the key figure “Payment Status” shows the “Invoice Status”. For us, the result is a diagram in which the “Sales by Payment Status” curve is above the “Sales by Invoice Status” curve = Clients who transfer more money to us than we charge for are a dream.;)

I noticed that in “Outgoing invoices” lists, in which the entries are hidden for performance reasons, not all invoices are displayed when the “x load more” or “load all” buttons are selected. More specifically, the invoice that should follow the last displayed invoice when folded is always not displayed.

I have attached my standard attachments to an offer template. And then changed the order later with the arrow keys. Although this is shown as amended in the attachment list, the order in the PDF download is still the same as before.

For example, if I use the placeholder %CUSTOMER_EMAIL% in an invoice sheet, no email address is displayed. Neither the customer email nor the invoice email. -Address that I can create with the customer or in the contract. In my opinion, there is no working placeholder at all for the billing email address, because then %CUSTOMER_EMAIL% is also inserted.

There are no special contributions to the above topics in projo, although these are in the HOAI. Can this bug be fixed?

We would like to create a new invoice and take into account an already known reduction of a previous outstanding claim in the discount of payments. The payment amount can be adjusted, but the original invoice amount should not change then. It is best to keep this fixed. As can be seen in the screenshot, the payment amount was reduced to 4,831€ net and thus the actual invoice amount (left column) of 30,000€ was overwritten.
