When regenerating an invoice, a security deposit set later on is not taken into account. The invoice must be deleted and reissued.

If you create a fee calculator for TGA in an offer, there are the following options a) “Own fee rate” > a separate fee calculator is created for each investment group. Accordingly, the investment groups are represented and billed with the commissioned service phases. b) “Same fee rate” > all investment groups are combined in a fee calculator. Although it says “Same fee rate”, a separate fee zone and fee rate can be specified for each investment group. Projo currently has the AG share of freelancers. In this case, there is no AG share.

Please restore the “chronological presentation” function in the “Liquidity access” tab under “Contracts”. The “old contracts” are now shown in chronological order first, but we would like to have the presentation in such a way that the “new contracts” - i.e. the current project numbers - start. Yesterday, the display was exactly like this - after clicking on “Contracts” once, it switched to the other view (old>new) and has not been rearranged since then.

We are of the opinion that the calculation order of the AZ account is incorrect. The employee worked 17 hours of overtime in February. He started with an AZ account of 0.5h. --> At the end of February, he has +17.5h. We subsequently changed the employee's AZ account (-9.5h) --> That would bring him to +8h. The contract covers 10 hours of overtime, meaning that the account should now be at 0. But apparently Projo deducts the full 10 hours and you end up at -2 hours. In our opinion, Projo should calculate the AZ account including all changes and then subtract up to 10 hours from this sum. Apparently, the 10 hours are paid first and then the -9.5 hours are deducted from the remaining sum.

The sales tax rate is currently set to 0% in the claim amount on the 1st page of a 0€ invoice, even though 19% is stated for the invoice. This is wrong and a big mistake for tax purposes, because, for example, in the case of a 0€ final invoice, 0% sales tax is shown on all previous payment invoices. The sales tax rate must be correctly stated even with a 0€ invoice.

When printing out the time sheets in a PDF, incomprehensible page numbers appear at the bottom right.

Something else has appeared here... when the holidays were deposited later, i.e. first a vacation application, then the public holidays were set up, no vacation was calculated, which would have to be twice half a day. Aylin von Buss + Weber shows that she is not working on the two days, but she has a 5-day week and no other absences that would possibly overlap. No vacation is deducted.

If you use the reimbursements for expenses, they are called “travel expenses” in the PDF (and in the editing tab). + In addition, there is a “travel expenses” item in the office area under Office, but none for “reimbursements”; both are summarized under the former.
