Projo currently thinks like the Federal Vacation Act
Namely only during vacation days and not during vacation hours.
In other words, whether someone has 4 hours or 8 hours scheduled hours in a day
It is always a vacation day when you take it.
Nevertheless, as a compromise solution, we have now allowed
Enter vacation hours so that you can enter a half-day vacation.
This means that if you set 8 hours, you can enter 4 hours of vacation.
Only if you have 4 hours of scheduled hours in one day and enter 4 hours of vacation,
Should that be a full day of vacation or half a day?
Because of this ambiguity, we have prevented this from being possible for the time being.
