I know that this point has already been raised here. However, Staab Architekten's solution is not feasible for us.
Our regulations on overtime paid with salary (10%) remain in place and we absolutely need the option, albeit with a checkmark, to adjust it in such a way that the tolerance relates to target hours minus absences (AN-friendly variant).
Entering it monthly for everyone and transferring it in case of absences is not possible for us to implement the time limit.
