Absence with “team” leads to misunderstandings

If you define permanent supervisors to approve absences, then the display in the personal area is no longer correct or is very confusing.
“Team only” shows all colleagues with the same manager and not their own “team”. This then sometimes leads to questions from colleagues.

So if you wouldn't even look at your immediate supervisor
or on project manager,
but only on colleagues who work on the same projects?
Then you would probably have to exclude internal projects
because they all are often used.

Benedikt Voigt in my opinion, it would be right to define the team in such a way that everyone who is planned together in a project (or more simply created as employees) makes up the team.
We only use direct supervisors if there are different responsibilities within a team (team within a team) - it can be useful if these people still see their project team.
