We would like to see a rough forecast in FTEs as to when the office is likely to be idle or overcapacity. Based on the existing values in Projo (projects with maintained performance periods, total capacity of operational employees without planned absences), a rough overview of how many FTEs will be available to the office in the coming months and how much capacity is calculated for commissioned project periods.
