Evaluation of the hours changed subsequently

If the subsequent entry of working hours is activated for employees, the project managers will receive a notification that and on which day the person has changed or adjusted hours, but it is not possible to track the changes unless you have saved the monthly overview as a PDF before activation.
From our point of view, it would be useful to be able to understand the subsequent changes, as there sometimes seems to be improvements in working hours.

Displaying the specific change when “Show changes per field” is activated in the working time mask would be no problem.
But that's not what you're after, is it?
You're more interested in a report where you can see who has changed what over all employees and over a given period of time, right?
I'm probably just interested
When the employee changes the length of time, right?
Or even the lyrics?
And what if he pushes the time to another achievement?
And should the report also include the changes
that a project manager did?
If, for example, the project manager changes or reschedules times?

Good morning Benedikt Voigt, yes, I'm talking about a report on all employees and a definable period of time - probably a more complex feature.
At first, I only needed a function that could show me what changes an employee had made to entries in a period of time for which he had to be activated in order to be able to understand here what was entered and what was changed.
To understand this, you probably need:
• Date + time of change (s) (plural, if multiple changes were made)
• Date of changed working hours
• Duration or start and end of the respective working time entry before the change
• Duration or start and end of the respective working time entry after the change
• Performance phase before the change
• Performance phase after the change
• deleted entries
• newly created entries
It is probably easiest if all fields are documented (incl. description text)
In my opinion, changes that a project manager has made for an employee do not need to be evaluated first.
(In principle, this list already exists in the notifications - it just cannot be evaluated as a complete list and without the previous entries)
I had not thought of evaluating time transfers made by project managers at first. I'm also not quite sure what you would need them for. Perhaps to be able to reverse rebooking errors, or to be able to evaluate how many hours you have rebooked in total, or which hours you have to rebook again and again in order to discuss this with the employee?
So it could also be useful.

Jan Holländer Good point! There are already two options for this. First, you can see who has rebooked something and when under Employees -> Times -> Show months (see screenshot).
You should also receive a notification when you rebook. In the settings under notifications, you can define who should receive them.

Benedikt Voigt We know and use the two functions, of course - but a list of the actual changed hours/values would enable comprehensibility and improve transparency.

Jan Holländer I completely agree with you - at the moment it is only obvious that nothing has been changed. We have already asked for this feature. If the release hook (see hover text note by Benedict) is set again. it is not apparent that anything has been changed beforehand - this means that this traceability is gone again.
