The time recording system currently calculates working time exclusively on the basis of the times booked for projects. A notice is given if the legally prescribed break times have not been met: a break of at least 30 minutes when working hours of over six hours and a break of at least 45 minutes if the break is over nine hours.

Setting option: Automatic deduction of break time when breaks are too short or missing

Our suggestion: Missing breaks should not only be displayed, but should also be automatically deducted from the booked working time.

Specifically, we suggest a setting option that automatically deducts missing breaks from the booked working time. In this way, the system would not only point out the missing break time, but would also correct it directly. A note about the deduction should of course also be displayed.
