Show requested absences in an absence overview

In my opinion, it makes sense for absences to be shown in the absence overview (in the team area) in the absence overview (in the team area) or displayed as absent - preferably with the question mark, as shown in the office area.
Even the intention of an absence should give “stakeholders” feedback that the person is not available. In the event that the person is present after all, the surprise is probably more positive than negative in the current case.
In the case of absence “sick” (e.g. with EAU/AU), the absence should only be finally recorded with the target working time - therefore approved - when an EAU/AU exists. As long as the absence should remain in the “requested” status.
