However, this is currently happening as if it were a birthday reminder: XY will have Z years of service next week.

However, as there is information about every year, in my opinion, this notification only leads to an increase in notifications, without any real added value.

On the contrary, some users are even more likely to not use the notifications overall, which I find really unfavorable.
