Make authorization roles moveable

It is difficult to compare the authorization roles because they cannot be placed side by side. As soon as a change is made or a setting is checked, the list jumps back to the original position and it must be scrolled to return to the desired position. This makes the processes very slow.

We should urgently improve the presentation of authorization roles.
A quick solution would be to filter for a role or an authorization property
So that less information is displayed for now and it doesn't always jump back and forth when changes are made.
Alternatively, we would have to fundamentally think about a different presentation.
