Office-internal fields projects: Release field groups for personal use
Arne Semmler
It should also be possible to set that office-internal fields for projects (read-only!) can be displayed in the personal area under “Projects”. Normally I would sort this out for each field group.

Project information for users

For users who do not have access to the office area, there should be an interface with basic information about (all) projects. In this view, project participants, project managers (possibly even deputies?) could then , the name of the respective customers and the address of the project are listed. In this way, the relevant information can be quickly determined, for example, when making calls.

We can now define document groups that are marked as “visible in the personal area.” Project manuals or similar documents that should be available to all users can be stored here. Users can see this information in the personal area in the “Projects” area next to the project label:

I think Florian Scholl is good. But I think it should only be displayed for the projects to which the employee is assigned.
