Attach documents/evidence of absences

From our point of view, it would be useful if documents/evidence of absences could be attached (e.g. proof of continuing education).
It should be possible to set the absence so that the upload is “not possible,” “possible,” or “required.”
If proof is required, the absence can be created and confirmed, but you can then search for all absences in which the attachment/proof is “required” but is not yet available.
These attachments should then also be able to be viewed/found automatically via [employee] /documents.

Uploading sick notes by the employee

It would be nice if employees could upload a sick note from the doctor while you were away, or even had to.

Arne Semmler wouldn't it make sense to merge this point into this one as well: https://feedback.projo.berlin/feature-requests/p/dokumente-nachweise-an-abwesenheiten-anhangen

Jan Holländer Thanks Jan - I was looking for him yesterday but couldn't find it quickly!

The simple upload button would be super helpful. It should also be possible to adjust by office whether employees can upload themselves or not and instead there should be a central administration via the secretariat so that you can keep track of things.

The AU for sick children will continue to be issued on paper. So I think it would be good if you could also store the AU in Projo.

We would like a pdf in the Absence section, in case of illness. Be able to add/to the AU file.

We had already created a similar/same point about this:
Arne Semmler Maybe you can “merge” them?

Jan Holländer: Thanks for your attention! Sure, I'd love to!

It doesn't make sense anymore, as from 01.01. the AU will only go digitally to the KK and no longer to the insured person!
Arne Semmler
Vanessa Rudolph: Well, unfortunately I don't think so anymore, right? Privately insured persons, for example, are excluded from this, right?

Arne Semmler: Anyway, because there is no replacement payment from KV for private verse

However, this would have to be linked to an information/email to the HR department. It would then have to be possible to adjust the individual regulation in the offices or with the MA.

However, this should only be mandatory after a certain length of absenteeism due to illness. In addition, at the moment a sick note is created, it is usually not yet possible to upload a sick note, as it is not yet available. In this respect, the “must” here must be considered in a differentiated way. However, a simple upload button is of course easier to implement.
