Deployment planning Overview of all projects with remaining fees

We would like to have the opportunity to display a project list including deployment planning (bar) and remaining fee. In other words, a mix of project overview and deployment planning. The responsible employees should be displayed for each project list. When choosing the start and end (project times), the remaining fee, which is available until the currently selected end date, should be adjusted automatically. The aim should be that you can see at a glance, e.g. in August, orders worth yxz EUR can be accepted again.

Wouldn't it make sense to think of this on the basis of the existing “Deployment Planning Project” list. As I understand it, this would only require a few additional columns in addition to a time limit. The lines of the individual services could be hidden. Did I understand that correctly in principle?

It is not entirely clear to me how the question “orders worth yxz EUR can be accepted again in August” can be answered with the view described by you. Does she not answer the question earlier: “How much remaining fee do I still have in the pipeline in August?” Otherwise, I would need at least one comparative figure - e.g. free resources, or a target figure: e.g. the minimum and ideal fee to be achieved, with which I can make a difference in each case.

Hi Arne. That's right, this requires a comparative figure which could be represented, for example, by liqui-transactions. Or you can enter a number, e.g. the target should always be 100,000 EUR/net. It is important that you can see at a glance when you can accept orders again or carry out the new orders (filter for the entire office but also individual PLs). When filtering the period, it is also important that the remaining fee is adjusted. If one of the projects goes until December but I have discontinued the period August, only the remaining fee until August (taking into account deployment planning) should be shown.
