Expanding the list of employees to include skills

Dear Projo team,
I hope you're doing well 😊
I wanted to briefly ask whether it would be possible to integrate the “skills” into my employee list. The aim would be to be able to see at a glance who has which competencies in order to make the overview and planning a bit more efficient in everyday life.
This would be a great help, especially when it comes to project distribution or spontaneous inquiries.
If there is already a solution for this or can be set up, I would be very happy!

Hello Karolina Halat, the easiest way to do this in projo is to use so-called “office-internal fields” for employees. Under “Settings->Office-internal fields” in the “Employees” tab, I would create a “Skills” field group, in which you can then create any fields. You can then also search for and filter for these fields in the employee list. Is that what you're looking for?
