I wanted to briefly ask whether it would be possible to integrate the “skills” into my employee list. The aim would be to be able to see at a glance who has which competencies in order to make the overview and planning a bit more efficient in everyday life.
This would be a great help, especially when it comes to project distribution or spontaneous inquiries.
If there is already a solution for this or can be set up, I would be very happy!
