Overhead projects appear as billable

In the dashboard, I've often noticed that “to update” also includes all overhead projects assigned to me, even if they are marked as overheads/not billable by us.
In addition, the new built-in filters don't work here, even though I basically have permission for “All Projects”, there is always a filter above everything that filters for projects assigned exclusively to me.

We are happy to correct the first point at short notice.
I did not understand the second point correctly.
Regardless, could you perhaps create it as another Canny point? This helps us to track individual points separately.
