Annual overview of remaining vacation and overtime as of 31.12.JJ

It would be great if, in the employee overview, it was possible to show overtime and remaining vacation for each employee as of 31.12 of the previous year. By that I really mean the status for 31.12. - If something is used up in the following year, the value for 31.12 should not change, unless there are manual transfers within the previous year.

We had already created a fairly similar point about this some time ago:

Arne Semmler Maybe you can merge them?

We also need the remaining vacation for the end of 2025 to calculate the provision!

Gaida, Julia I also showed my colleague from accounting the path where she can find the data. See in my post: The first screenshot concerns the hours, in the answers then the vacation

Dear Francoise,
Dear Michael,
With regard to overtime, you will receive such an overview of Office Area > Employees > Evaluations.
There you set the period, for example 2025-01 to 2025-12, and get the values, see screenshot

Dear Ronny,
Thank you so much for that. This then applies to overtime, which is very helpful and Excel export is also possible. I haven't looked at Jan's link yet, but the remaining vacation can't be evaluated in this area via the “Absences” tab (or have I missed something there)?

About Office Area > Employees > Absences > Vacation account shows “days remaining budget from the previous year”:

And to be able to output these as a PDF, we need this overview for the annual financial statements by tax advisors.

Michael Persé The export only works as Excel at first... but if something is processed in Excel (possibly with its CI), you can then save/export it as a PDF.
