Automatically remove employees from a project when inactive
Arne Semmler
Should the person just not be able to book any more times?
Arne Semmler
Or can an existing capacity plan in the future be “deleted”?

Arne Semmler future planning should not be deleted, but there should be a note that the person was currently removed from the project due to inactivity
Arne Semmler
le Coutre, Luca Hmm, that doesn't work for us - a person cannot be scheduled and “not on the project” at the same time...

Arne Semmler then at least one notification that there is an employee in Project XY who hasn't written any hours for 3 months and is not absent.
Arne Semmler
le Coutre, Luca: Ok, we could think of a notification via the normal notification system.
Alternatively, what do you think of the idea under deployment planning->employees (i.e. the capacity view of my entire team or entire office) where else you can also see the pill badge with the average service time booked on this project in the last 4 weeks to include a pill badge in warning color with the message “No activity”? There would also be a remove button right next to it...
What do the other voters think about this? Which variant would you prefer (notification vs. pill badge)? (Please don't write “both”, I'm interested in prioritizing! Thank you!)

Arne Semmler I would find notification better/clearer! But the other solution also works, of course.
