Employees should be notified of overtime
complete

In offices where 100% of overtime is paid, it should be possible to send a daily notification to employees when the target working hours have been exceeded.
Either after the lessons have been booked, or when using the stopwatch, after reaching his daily target working time.
This is to prevent unexpected costs for the office.

You can now activate under Settings->Employees so that employees are informed about additional work:

Even if a bit late, I would still have a clue about this because I've just read the point again.
I believe that it is very important that not only daily notifications are sent out.
Assuming overtime is approved, then in my opinion it would be counterproductive if the MA were informed about it every day.
In my opinion, the issue of overtime should be assessed more weekly. In addition, it should actually also be possible to set a period of time in which no information is sent to a person because there is already a regulation.

It would also be great if the notification text could be deffined in an office-specific way. In this way, you could refer to the office-specific regulation.
Overtime is a sensitive issue, because sometimes you're very happy when employees get involved to get to the heart of an issue, but on the other hand, you also have a duty of care on the part of the employer and have to be careful that MA doesn't work too much. So apart from profitability and costs, there are also many topics.

In my opinion, the reminder should be more of the assigned manager and/or management. Overtime is ultimately a “decision” of the company, not of the employee.
The person may feel stressed because the “pressure” of completing the task on the one hand meets the “pressure” on the system. Employees know during the day that they have worked more.
How about a weekly and monthly report to the manager and management?

Wenzel, Ronny: That would be a slightly different topic. Until now, customers have been concerned that extra work is not “unintentional.” In recent weeks, we have already added a few additional columns under Employee->Times->Evaluation in the Office Sector, which provide an overview of extra work - but with a focus on factors relevant to the working time law:

Perhaps the same even with a certain number of minus hours to draw attention there as well?
