Confirm recurring appointments

It would be great if appointments and absences that are created in series could also be confirmed in series, i.e. with a single click.

There are already several requests for this. Have a look here:

Thanks for the answer. This is a solution for employees with more rights - thank you, I didn't know them yet. But the normal booking employee does not have this right (office area). This means that they always have to do this through personnel/team management, but they have much better things to do than register the mobile working of employees.

Hi Thabata.
Repeated appointments can be set up for individual days of the week over a period of 3 or 6 months. Here is a screenshot:

Simone Dallmeier-Büttner However, I would also agree that the function is currently quite rudimentary - at least a period of time should be able to be specified individually. So is the interval.

Jan Holländer: Yes, I agree with you!

Simone Dallmeier-Büttner It would also be good if you could do this yourself in your personal area. However, the interval would have to be retained as a context and not “break down” into individual absences afterwards in order to make corrections easier. Perhaps this is technically not easily possible with the current data model?

That already exists. You must then create a recurring appointment for the employee in the office area.

Reduction of hours in case of long-term absences

Current situation:
In the event of employment bans or other absences with daily reductions in hours, a separate recurring appointment must currently be set up for each individual weekday (Mon-Fr)
Desired feature:
A simplified way to set up longer-term hour reductions where:
- A single entry is sufficient for the entire period (instead of separate appointments per weekday)
- The daily reduction in hours can be set once
- Flexible periods can be defined (not just 3 or 6 months)

For our “mobile” employees with fixed home office days, it would be great if personal absences could also be set up as a recurring appointment. That's already possible in the office sector...

Regular home office day

Some employees in the company work on fixed home office days, which have been coordinated with the company beforehand. Nevertheless, we have to manually enter every single home office day. It would be useful to have a system where you enter a rule once, which is then approved by the company — and this is then automatically valid for the entire time.

For short-term optimization:
With the appropriate rights, I can create recurring HO appointments for employees.
