Fortunately, we have had the problem of preparing offers in individual cases so far. It would be interesting to find out whether Projo has already established mechanisms that prevent simultaneous processing or any resulting incositencies. If this is not currently the case, then I would also see an acute need to clarify this, because projo is ultimately structured in such a way that it enables and promotes collaborative work.
