In “Calendar with Colleagues”, you can now view the annual overview. It is currently very simple (no search/filer), but fast.

Estanislao Gonzalez: The graphic appears a bit squashed to me because the “Name” column takes up half the width of the table.

Böhm, Yannick: Can you send me a screenshot by email? If possible, also browser, OS, and device (simply whether desktop, tablet or mobile phone).

Hi Estani, only needed; vacation + maternity/parental leave + office closing time. Objective: a one-year vacation overview calendar so that employees can see early on when “planning their vacation” whether there is any overlap with other colleagues. At the moment, this is a paper version on our bulletin board.

Hi Sandra, I've tried but it doesn't look so good because it involves a lot of data. If you now “only” watch in March 2021, you have to scroll a lot, unfortunately the overview is lost.
How would you use this information?
To quickly see how busy the office will be in the future?
I ask because there are so many types of absences, from home office to daytime vacation. And I'm guessing a lot of them are unnecessary for certain purposes.

Hello Estani: Alternatively, in the personal area, you could make the “calendar with colleagues” for each employee also adjustable on a yearly basis instead of monthly. The aim is an annual vacation overview of all employees for coordinated vacation planning.

Technical info: this is more work than just showing it somewhere else, as it needs to be reimplemented. The presence types must be anonymized, making the current filter superfluous, the interaction is not required and the implementation is not powerful enough to be used by potentially all employees for this purpose.
But it's a very good idea.
