I would like to bring up the topic again, as I am currently busy updating the client order number and client project number in a list of outstanding invoices from a building owner manually, in a generated Excel list. Annoying! And that comes before me every month... Please make the above categories possible as column options.

We could make this information available in the contract list, because in projo, the information is attached to the contract (and not to the project). I think that would equally be o.k for your use case?

Arne Semmler No. In the end, I would like to send a client a list of outstanding and due invoices, which are assigned to the client's order numbers. So I also need the option to be able to add these columns to the Outgoing Invoices list.

Müller, Florian oh, that's something completely different: in Canny point, you write a project list. D.h You mean the list of outgoing invoices?

Arne Semmler It would generally be helpful to have the option in both lists; currently, the outgoing invoice list would have priority for me.

We still need the option to display the “Customer short name” column in the project list, which is part of our filing structure.

Wagner, Heike: That's already possible, but not in the project list, but in the contract list, as the customer can be defined in projo per contract and not per project. The column is simply called “Customer”, but it actually shows the customer short name.
