Edler, Christoph: I think that should actually be the lower effort. The main problem is the fact that if Projo sent by itself, @kunde .projo.berlin would be in the sender. In the future, sending via the Peppol network is certainly more effective here, but as far as I know, that only makes sense for e-invoices.

We would also like invoices and offers to be sent directly from Projo and to be able to see what was sent to whom and when.
We've worked with Lexoffice before. Here it was possible to enter a sender email address. Perhaps this is also possible for Projo, so that the sender would not be @projo .berlin.
In addition, the email addresses of the invoice recipients and a text for the email could be stored.

Could projo “push” the attachment directly into the respective email program? The PDF would then be sent to each customer's email, as usual, but you would save yourself the download, etc. That would then not be the immediate dispatch from Projo, but it would be more immediate than currently.

A sender address from Projo would not be good, especially if the builders then wanted to respond to this email. Is there a chance that Projo recognizes from which user license the invoice/offer should be sent? If yes, then projo could use this user license as a sender email.

Andreas Steeb: No, you shouldn't be able to answer such an email directly, as it would be sent from our server. However, it would most likely be possible to have a reply-to address that you could set. It wouldn't be easy to send with your domain name - if we were to just do that, as far as I know, the vast majority of mail servers would reject it because, of course, there would be a suspicion of spam. However, it would be technically feasible to include your customer name with the sender - here too, however, you would have to be careful about spam filters, although I would assume that most invoice@... addresses of building owners, DMS and financial accounting systems should not be too strict in this regard.
