The performance levels achieved are set out in each case in the appendix “Performance and Payments”. For hourly services that are increased by bookings, the performance level is 100%, which is mathematically correct, all hours worked are billed and these result in the order amount.
However, this gives the building owner the impression that there will be no more hours, which is by no means the case.
It would be good not to reflect the level of performance with this method.

projo now allows you to hide the performance level and the order amount at this point. You control this in the “Performance level + Payments” appendix by deactivating the small check mark on the associated sum. As a result, both the order amount and the level of performance disappear. This is intended for cases where these values do not make sense due to services with the “Is increased by bookings” settings:
