Illustrations of additional service descriptions (without HOAI calculation) are not available as attachments. Since descriptions of the items do not appear in the invoices, there should be a way of traceability. A benefit that is not calculated as a HOAI but as a lump sum item or as an AHO booklet (as with fire protection or façade technology but also with special services, which are presented as a separate service group), is not yet available as an attachment, although there is an offer for this purpose in order to integrate it into the contract. This would be urgently needed for large GP contracts. When it comes to invoicing, the auditor cannot understand the composition of the services. Please make this possible as soon as possible, preferably as an option via a checkmark function.

To illustrate, two appendices: 1x extract from an invoice with the item Fire Protection and Special Service - only the simple services with amounts are presented, in Appendix 2 the offer with the service description, etc. This would be desirable as an attachment option for an invoice and required for verification.
