Hi Gaida, Julia. We will incorporate an appropriate sum. Until then, you can help yourself as follows (it worked with our spreadsheet anyway):
Go to Employees->Absences and then to the “Vacation Account” tab. The column you are looking for is the first after the name. We will contribute a sum there. Until there is one, I recommend that you mark the entire table with the mouse and copy & paste it into a spreadsheet. There, replace the term “days” with “” (nothing) by searching and replacing. Then calculate a sum of the corresponding column using the spreadsheet summary function.
