To simplify working time booking, we have several contracts within one project for HOAI projects:
With the specially created contract status “Invoicing”, financial accounting can only create invoices and colleagues cannot record working time via their personal area (see contract 24180-4). For this purpose, we have the contract with the status “Time Booking” (see contract 24180-2.)
It has now been noticed that when times have to be rebooked, all contracts in the project are suggested, although some of these have already been archived (see contracts 24180-1 & -3).
The desirable value is the exclusion of non-bookable contracts, such as in the personal area, so that no incorrect transfers take place.
