“Competition” projects with costs > revenue

Acquisition projects such as competitions can also generate revenue, which then reduces or even fully compensates for the competition's losses. Therefore, the following logic should be implemented:
In the case of projects that cannot be billed, the resulting costs are generally included as direct costs in the overhead costs. As soon as an outgoing invoice with an incoming payment is filed in this project, the overhead costs should be recalculated as follows. From the date of receipt of payment, the hours booked (with an overhead surcharge!) provided and at the same time booked out of the office's overhead costs until the net payment receipt is used up. The additional hours before or after continue to receive no overhead surcharge and include their direct costs in the office's overhead costs.
If the income is greater than the hours booked with an overhead surcharge, projo will then behave in the past as with a “normal”, billable project, but should further hours be booked after receipt of payment, they will again charge the overhead costs and, conversely, will only be credited to the project with their direct costs.
