The error that the rule could not be deleted has been resolved.

If I see correctly, these are two separate points: The second paragraph is a bug.
The first paragraph is a wish.
The bug is now in development. Please make sure to create independent items as separate tickets whenever possible. This accelerates/facilitates processing. Thank you so much!
