If employees have entered a time by mistake without a saved benefit, the booking can still be completed. However, it is then automatically converted to PAUSE. D.H. The employee is missing the booked working time.
It took us a while to figure that out. In some cases, such incorrect bookings went unnoticed, which made our employees very frustrated.
Actually, it should be like this:
  • Working time booking cannot be completed without full information
  • Alternatively, the entry would have to be backed with a bold warning
... but don't be converted into a break unnoticed
