Public builders are increasingly pretending to include a reduction/supplement of the sum of the base rate in the offer forms in the fee zone instead of a fee rate. It would be super helpful to be able to map this in Projo as well, z.B, to transfer the values to an offer form. Although I can enter “freely defined” as the fee rate in the offer, I must calculate the percentage rate manually so that it does not relate to the sum but to the fee zone. I can enter discounts individually in the LPh, but I don't see the sum and would have to do this individually. An entry at the very end under “Supplements” brings me to the correct sum, but I would have to calculate the basic fee of 100% HOAI manually. The option of a surcharge/discount for the total fee would be very helpful.
