From Sandra: The annual overview of absences in the office sector is very good for a quick overview. It would be very helpful if this view was also available as an additional tab for employees in the personal area (calendar with colleagues) (not just the monthly view).

Please insert the hourly rate in a column in the PDF timesheet, preferably before the total. So number of hours x hourly rate = sum It is otherwise very cumbersome for the client to understand the amounts displayed, as there can of course be different hourly rates. And no, we can't use the time journal because we have to have the time sheets checked weekly by one of our clients. Thank you

In the “Timetable PDF” tab, there is currently no indication of which project it is. It would be nice if at least the project number appeared. (When the hours are included in an invoice, the logo and project data are shown — but not when they are just the times).

The various settings to adjust the overall layout for the office have “grown” in their arrangement. They should be arranged more sensibly and combined with a preview similar to the offer/invoice on the right side.

For the look and feel of projo, it is very unusual that the button to add more subcontractors is at the bottom of the contract. With slightly larger contracts, you really have to scroll down a long way to add more subcontractors. Why not insert the button at the top of the page (see screenshot) as usual?

For every investment made by a customer, subcontractor, etc., you have to search for Germany relatively cumbersome using the country selection. Since Germany (in the medium term DACH) is the main country, it would be a great relief to be able to select Germany as the “favorite” directly in the country selection process.

In GP contracts, we have only found one way to display the order backlog by cost center (KS). In Project -> Cost Analysis, we filter by KS. The costs are added up per KS; the contract amounts are not (red rectangle). Could this be added in the short term?

X invoices can only be issued as outgoing invoices. They cannot be received. In terms of a holistic approach, reception should also be possible. Otherwise, another program/service is required, from which the invoice must then be transferred back to Projo. Projo should be THE central tool for ALL incoming and outgoing invoices, without media breaks.

Employee absences can be transferred to Outlook. However, it is not clear whether the absence comprises a full day, half a day or just a few hours.

Acquisition projects should be able to allocate expected revenue and order probability. If you add a schedule, the potential income was included as a separate “light green” category on the revenue side of liquidity planning (can be switched on and off). The calculation would be as follows: Order amount x probability (in percent) = potential revenue. For example, a service with 100,000€ order value of an acquisition project with a 10% order probability in December 2023 would appear with 10,000€ on the credit side of the liquidity - obviously deducted from the services actually commissioned.
