In order to improve document management, in our opinion, it would make sense to be able to search for them on a higher level and collect them according to criteria and also be able to download them. Here are a few examples: • Employment contracts for all employees (age than, from last year, employees in a category, etc.) • Training certificates (from year xy, on the topic (perhaps initially via search in the name, etc.) • Dioploma documents • Chamber certificates • etc etc

Documents can be stored “with employees” that are part of the digital personnel file. Some can be uploaded by employees themselves, others cannot. But regardless of this, it should be possible for people with extended rights to change these document names directly in projo.

The handling of documents would improve if documents could be dragged and dropped between groups.

After employees have uploaded documents (fare receipts or the like) to their personal area, they should also be able to delete them again.

It would be nice if the employee calendar would continue to be maintained. The reminders when, for example, the trial period is over or being able to set reminders yourself are very practical.

It would be nice if you could also register the expiry of the work permit/residence permit again.

For our monthly salary report to the tax office, it would be great if there was a pending wage increase (date + gross amount) column in the employees overview.

It would be pleasant if the sick days were also shown as days in the employee list and you could also see them again there via show or hide columns. Here, a direct conversion from hours (as can be seen in the evaluations) to days might be useful.
