If employees subsequently change working hours, it would be nice to see what was changed from what to what. So stand before and stand after, thank you & best regards, Marlen Kretschmer

Since working students usually work more during lecture-free periods and less during the semester, we are currently making do with different contract periods. In fact, the change in working hours depending on the semester period is already regulated in the working student contract, so it is not actually a new contract. Example: Average working time per week according to contract: 16 h During semester break: up to 40 hours a week During the semester: 8h week A type of reverse absence would be desirable, so that the working student could request additional days of attendance (analogous to vacation requests) and these days would then also be shown as present in the absence calendar. Since working students are only allowed a maximum of 26 weeks per 12 months over 20:00 a week, an evaluation of this would also be desirable.

Dear Projo Team, We ask you to set up a period of time in which the recruitments/employees/absences can be set. From 2025, we currently no longer want to reduce the absence of “doctor's appointment” by reducing scheduled hours. So we have removed the check mark. The results of the AZK have been recalculated - also from previous years. A “small” mess that can be improved. Thank you & best regards Katrin

In offices where 100% of overtime is paid, it should be possible to send a daily notification to employees when the target working hours have been exceeded. Either after the lessons have been booked, or when using the stopwatch, after reaching his daily target working time. This is to prevent unexpected costs for the office.

It would be nice if you could send an individual notification as an administrator to individual employees and to everyone at the same time. eg Text message with placeholders from the personnel area (AZ account, missing AZ bookings, absence, salary, etc.). Then you could automate them and, for example, have them sent automatically on a monthly basis.

Please make the annual overview of an employee's absences exportable. The exportable PDF could look exactly like office area -> employees -> absences per month. Alternatively, the annual overview could also be made exportable in the office sector. However, there is currently no annual overview per employee, if I have looked correctly.

It would be great if there was the “Remaining vacation budget from last period” column in the employee list.

Currently, I can only upload documents one at a time — if I want to upload multiple documents for an employee, I have to select and upload each individual document. If I could mark, upload or “pull in” several documents at the same time — this would make the process much easier.

In larger organizations, it happens that not everyone knows everyone. From our point of view, it would be helpful if you could add a profile picture to every employee. It should be adjustable whether this can only be viewed by persons with extended personnel rights (or for persons who can view and/or change personnel and contract data) or whether the profile picture should also be displayed, for example, in the “Active” overview or in similar places.

We would like to use projo to conduct employee interviews. I am aware that this is currently not a big priority, but I would still like to suggest a small change. A new field is currently being created for each MA call (gray box). If MA talks are held annually, this quickly becomes confusing. I could imagine organizing every MA conversation as a separate tab, such as when it comes to invoices. This page should then each have a generally valid structure that can be extended to specific offices. It should also be possible to upload multiple documents. These should then also be visible in the “Documents” area.
