Recently, absences can be attached to attachments. This is great and can be used in the case of “child ill” or even during education period to assign applications and evidence of absence. That is great! (see: https://feedback.projo.berlin/feature-requests/p/dokumente-nachweise-an-abwesenheiten-anhangen ) In our opinion, the function would reach its full potential if it were expanded as follows: • It should be set for each absence category whether an attachment is required or not. • It would be possible to display all absences for a specific period of time for which an attachment/proof is required but is not yet available • The attachments would be automatically visible under “Documents” in a separate “tab”/group, such as absence attachments. Ideally, the reference to the respective absence should also be retained. For once, I have classified this as “Priority: high” because I believe that this would really be a significant and important addition to the function - which ultimately also justifies the upload in the first place/makes sense.
