It should be possible to filter vacations by location in the personal area. This reduces the list overview and makes vacation planning for each location easier. In the next step, you could even break you down to a project in which many employees are involved. This would also make it easier to coordinate the vacation.

Projo shows the vacation transfer from the previous period, e.g. under periods/months. For each office, it can be determined by when the old vacation must be reduced. It can also be determined whether this is omitted on the specified date or not. From our point of view, it would be important that the project would also show how many days of vacation transfer have already been taken by the office-specific date. This should be visible to the MA but should also be detectable/evaluable in an evaluation for the project manager and in an office-wide evaluation.

In the office area, you can filter for absences for all or even selected employees per month or year under Employees/Absences. Unfortunately, the data in the projo screen view is currently only displayed in the calendar overview and not as a list. It would be great if selected filters (selected absences) and data were displayed in projo.

Hi, The information shown to calculate vacation days in the Absence tab is not easily comprehensible to the individual. Despite specifying a period of employment that is not a full year, information on the total vacation entitlement per year is provided instead of converting this to the specified period of employment (cf. Excel screenshot). It would be great to present this in a more transparent and comprehensible way!

Can you set up a 2-stage approval for vacation and a 1-stage approval for mobile work?
