In the settings area, permissions can be set for the “groups” “employees”, “accounting” and “remaining settings”. From our point of view, it would also be useful to add a “project” group here. For example, checklists can currently only be set up and triggered if the “remaining settings” permission has been granted. From our point of view, this is impracticable. In general, we would be pleased if the settings options were closer to the basic structure of projo and could also be adjusted in a more differentiated way. Perhaps in this context, it would also make sense to set up “presets” on the projo side, which can then be used as a basis for assigning authorizations specific to the office.

“View and change offers and customers” can be selected under Authorizations/Authorization Roles/Project. Would “change offers” be possible as a separate item here? “View and change invoices and customers” can be selected under Authorizations/Authorization Roles/Accounting. Yes, you have simplified the “New Project” dialog. It is now no longer necessary to specify a client there and unfortunately no longer can a project manager be specified. Most of our PLs have the right to create new projects, provided they are also involved in acquisition, but generally have no access to all projects. Although they can now create a project, it disappears immediately because they no longer have the option to set themselves as PL. Could there simply be a kind of “extended input” in the simplified dialog where you can enter all the things that went on so far here? Could it be fold-out or the like and not such a completely cropped setting as now.

The right to change the benefit status for each position is currently linked to the right to change the contract status. We would like to see this separated from each other, as our project managers must be able to change the performance status of each position quickly and independently without being allowed to touch the contract as a whole. For data protection reasons, only MA with extended personnel rights have access to the types of absences of employees at projo. For a better overview and deployment planning, it would be good if the type of absence: illness, vacation, parental leave, etc. was visible even without extended personnel rights for the direct supervisor or as we leave approvers. The internal note is already visible to him now.

With an authorization role that has access to projects but no personnel rights, it is possible to access projects at all times, including sensitive working hours, e.g. the GF, including reading comments. A variant is required that grants access to project and contract processing and yet has no access to sensitive time entries. Would it be possible to hide the Times tab as soon as a project contains sensitive working hours and the accessing person has no extended personnel rights? Alternatively, could “sensitive projects” be set up that are only visible to people with the “All Permissions” role?

In order to be able to rebook hours for all employees, the permission “Employees: General, Times, Absences, Capacity” is required. This also provides insight into sensitive data such as vacation days, AZ account, productivity, etc. It should be possible for project managers to rebook hours from all project employees (not just their own) without this authorization.

We have just discovered that the approval of a vacation for team members is linked to the authorization that times can be rebooked. This is causing us quite a problem, as our team leaders are not allowed to rebook times but should approve vacations.
