At the beginning of the month, project managers check the time lists of “their” employees and then approve them digitally. It would be nice if Projo could show the project manager/approver in the monthly overview on which days the breaks are missing. The same applies to working hours of more than 10 hours.

Since I'm new here, I'm missing a few features from our old time recording system. Our office is spread over various locations - with construction sites, home offices and various branches, there can be several changes of location during the day. An absence category would not correctly represent this for an entire day. Until now, when registering an activity, the location information has initially been adapted to the location defined in the contract and can be individually adjusted as required. In this way, our accounting department can record travel expenses or, for example, our MAs even use the documentation for their private tax return. It would be cool if changes of location over the day could also be documented in Projo. Perhaps even in such a way that you can individually define which data should or should not be included in the time recording.

We use mobile working to mark home office days at Projo. These are the same for most people every week. It would be great if you found a button when you created it that makes it possible to repeat the days weekly without having to enter them separately. Thank you! :)

Hello, I would like to take the point again from another post, as nothing seems to have changed here. I'm new to Projo, I have a lot of projects (as do all of our employees) and it's annoying not to see the projects as a list when booking time. With a list, I can sort my way around much faster and don't have to search long. You are also welcome to activate this under personal settings (some may prefer it the way it is right now). Sometimes it can happen that MA does not record hours in a day - whether this was simply forgotten or someone was so busy and in a hurry or at an external appointment that no time was recorded. In the “Walking as a duty” request, it was asked that no hours could be recorded on the current day before the end of working hours was entered the previous day. We would like it if Projo would give users a message that there are no hourly entries the day before or on other days, not only within the notifications, but directly in the time recording window. Maybe something like: Missing time recording on the previous day/ Friday/ Date - please add. [The previous day might then have to be the last regular working day.] + Missing entries in the current month: [Date 1], [Date 2], [Date 3],... It may not be that easy to implement this in a graphically elegant way, but Projo already has all the information. My aim is for employees to receive information about any days that may have not been maintained as soon as they are recording their hours. Maybe you can also give motivating/rewarding feedback if 100% is maintained.

It would be helpful if it was possible to differentiate between office work and mobile work entries in time recording in order to increase clarity in working hours. Perhaps this could be implemented in a similar way to the “customer change” label or something similar? There are often employees who work from home one day, for example in the morning, then in the office and then out of their home office again. In addition, it would be very helpful for employees to be able to evaluate entire home office days at the end of the year.

When booking a time for the same day, could you include a button that duplicates this line and then you can change the time/performance or the comment?

To identify or filter (project-independent) special hours, such as when posting abroad, there is no field beyond the invoice comment. If such an identifier is included in the invoice comment, it must be removed when invoicing.
