It would be great if you could transfer calendar entries from Outlook to time bookings. Perhaps with a button for confirmation and project assignment. projo could also learn over time which entries belong to which project via a mapping in the background and then offer several options, for example: Project 1 (80% probability) Project 2 (15% probability) Project 3 (5% probability) Manually select a project The title of the calendar entry should then be adopted as an invoice comment.

Please be able to carry out a monthly evaluation of all ongoing and partially completed projects with four columns: Date, project number, name of the employee and duration of working time on the project.

The comment field when entering the hours is currently a free text field. It happens time and again that employees describe incorrect benefits that cannot be billed. Here it would be nice if you could create a drop-down menu where the employee can only select their service for the project. This function should be able to be switched on and off by the project manager.

Flexible working time models are being used in more and more offices. For example, working time accounts are very useful from our point of view. These can be, for example, quarter, half and annual accounts. In our opinion, projo should implement this function and thus usefully further develop the already good basic functionality. From our point of view, the core aspects of this would be: Introduction of a working time lamp green: the working time is within a defined framework, e.g. ± 1 week working time of 6 months yellow: the working time is within a defined framework, e.g. ± 2 weeks' working time over 6 months red: the working time is within a defined framework, e.g. ± 3 weeks' working time over 6 months It should be possible to define how the limits are determined on an office-specific basis. The traffic light should also be able to trigger corresponding notifications. Furthermore, we would find it useful if office-specific or even MA-specific could be defined what happens when certain limits are reached on certain key dates: Overtime is offset against vacation days on a quarterly basis. Overtime is converted into vacation days. Overtime is paid on the closing date x. Evaluation of working hours in accordance with labor law: Maximum daily working time Distribution of working time over a day rest breaks Non-working hours after a working day Sunday and public holidays These evaluations would make it easier for the AG to comply with the management custody obligation. Ultimately, this would probably require a new presentation of annual working time with the option of managing hours within this overview. From our point of view, however, this would be a useful development of projo.

Trainees should have their working hours described more precisely (e.g. every two weeks on two days). This is currently not possible and this distorts the evaluations.

Some colleagues record their working time in real time using the start/stop function. However, we would like the times to be reported every quarter of an hour so that the figures are not quite as weird. Would it be possible to include a function that allows projo to correct back to the last 1/4 hour? The default setting “down to the minute” must remain in place for this type of time recording. If you set the quarter-hour recording there, real-time recording is no longer possible.

It would be extremely helpful to have a direct overview if employees have not fully recorded their daily hours (with a mandatory “come and go” setting). This offers several advantages: For employees: They can immediately see where hours are missing and can catch up on recording them in good time. For HR: A quick overview makes control easier and ensures greater transparency. Currently, the booking status is only visible in the day view, which makes the process more difficult. A compact overview would therefore be of great help.

Hello, we always have to work different hours per week (every 2 weeks) but also at the turn of the month. Unfortunately, these weekly working hours can only be set for ONE week at a time, but to correctly calculate vacation entitlements and target working hours, it would be helpful to be able to define them over several weeks. Ideally, it would be possible to choose between the definition of one week, two weeks or 4 weeks in order to be able to clearly represent all working time models.

For reasons of space, the description of the service is shown in abbreviated form in the employee month view if the names are longer. The hourly entries can therefore only be checked by employees themselves using an Excel list. A display of the full description of the service would be nice.
