As an office, we offer various services (architecture, structural planning, interior design, thermal insulation energy balancing). It would be important that we could therefore assign a 1st and 2nd project manager for each contract (architecture, structural, interior design...) within an overall contract, in which we are commissioned for several service profiles. The reason is, among other things, that you could therefore also filter the “performance profile project manager” in terms of planning and billing discussion for each service profile.

The “move button” in the context menu of services should be improved as follows: The position to which the power is to be moved can be specified directly. Depending on where it is inserted, the service can also change the outline level at the same time. The very prominent “Merge” button is made less noticeable at the same time as described in the screen shot, as the “merging” of services is the absolute exception. The “Move within the contract” dialog shown below will also be the default selection in the future. If you want to move to another contract or even another project, this must be selected at the top of the dialog in the future.

Moving several services in a contract to another service group at the same time is currently not possible. Each output must be moved individually. In the case of a contract structure with several services, this is very laborious.

In the Times tab, two additional filter levels would be helpful: To filter benefits, filtering by performance days and for easier filtering of many employees, a filter by employee categories and location above employees, who can currently only be selected individually.

It would be good if you could add services to subcontractors regardless of the contract structure. That doesn't seem to be possible at the moment

In order to search for suitable reference projects for VGV procedures, we in Kobold had the opportunity to evaluate the eligible costs in a project overview without maintaining them as a separate field. The information is available from the fee calculators. Would a field in the project list be possible here?

As soon as you change the fee for a service, you overwrite the manually stored percentage deployment budget... but why? I understand that mathematically - but from the point of view of logic, it makes no sense to me.

One internal comment per project is required, which the project managers cannot see. This comment should also be visible and editable in the project list. See/change would have to be linked to a new flag for the authorization role.

For controlling, it would be good at project level to be able to maintain a project start and an estimated project end.

To identify potential invoices with higher amounts, the existing field “Invoice status minus performance level” as an amount in the project overview would be very helpful.
