In Settings/Onboarding & Support/Onboarding Service Features, you can set a date in order to generate costs in projects that were created before this date. This is done via a blue button, which appears on the respective contract overview when the date is entered in the settings. Once you trigger the button, it won't appear again, not even if you change the date again in the settings. Can you provide in the product that when the date is changed in the future, the button is created anew and can be triggered?

Office-internal fields that have been created for projects should be editable directly in the project list. Similar to the comment box. Advantage: quick change when new in-office fields are introduced. Similar to employee quick entry.

We need the order amount that was entered after a certain period of time (e.g. 01.01.). Not just per contract, but per service.

Moving several services in a contract to another service group at the same time is currently not possible. Each output must be moved individually. In the case of a contract structure with several services, this is very laborious.

If you try to represent the contract amount exactly in project, then this is only possible if you are allowed to deposit a contract amount of EUR 0.00 for services that have not yet been commissioned but may already be billed. Fortunately, you can do that in Projo too — but there appears a clue that could cause confusion (see screenshot). In this case, however, I do not want to select “Is increased by bookings”, as this then increases the contract amount. However, it is a service that has not been commissioned — but may be billed (out of goodwill, up to assignment, which can always be dragged on by authorities). Perhaps this could be solved a bit more elegantly in the future. Here is another example: Contract amount = 10€ Service A = contracted = 5€ Service B = contracted = 5€ Service C = not commissioned = 5€ Billable hours for performance C so far = €2.50 If you now select “Is increased by bookings”, the 2.50€ would be added to the contract amount. However, the contract amount is only €10 and not €12.50 currently. I hope that's understandable.

Currently, it is not possible to assign project employees exclusively to contracts without them automatically being assigned to the project. As a result, the overview is unnecessarily inflated when booking time. We would be very happy to make an adjustment.

It would be good if you could set a “reverse” filter for “times” in a project. This means, for example: “Show all services except service XY”.

If services are defined in a contract for billing according to expenditure and more hours are booked on them than are covered by the order amount, then the value of the service level exceeds the defined order amount. This is only correct if the order amount of an expense item is defined as “estimated” or “increased by postings.” If it is defined as a “contractual maximum”, the value of the performance level must be capped at this maximum (and thus a performance level of 100%) - accordingly, this capped performance value must also be used in project controlling, data warehouse and billing!

At some point, the structure of a project was changed so that there was an additional level: project overview and project. We need the “internal office fields” at the level of individual contracts and not in the project overview, as we had created these fields for our details for the header data in our offers and invoices and our other internal office fields should actually relate to the individual contracts.

Only the individual services provided by the subplanner can be marked as sub-services in the contract, unfortunately not the service groups. In GP projects, this results in more effort when recording time, as all sub-service groups remain listed.
